Q: How do I place an order for beef from you?

A: You can either place an order through our website or you can call/text us anytime. (518-538-1288)

Q: Do you have beef available year-round or just seasonally?

A: We have 1/2s and 1/4s of beef available all year long and try to keep our boxed assortments in stock and ready for sale year-round as well.

Q: If I buy a quarter/half beef which quarter/half do I get?

A: When purchasing a quarter or a half beef from us you will receive cuts from every major muscle group on the side of a cow.(ex. Chuck, Rib, Loin, Round)

Q: How much beef do I get back when purchasing a 1/4 or 1/2 a beef

A: Packaged weights will vary some with the size of the animal and  how you choose to have your beef cut when you fill out your custom cut sheet. For example if you take more bone in cuts while filling out your cut sheet you receive more packaged pounds back vs taking more boneless cut options.

Generally a 1/4 from us will yield back to you between 90-105lbs and a 1/2 will be in the ballpark of 180 to upwards of 220lbs when all the organ meat and suet options are added in as well.

Q: Do you have a store/ what are your hours?

A: We do not currently have a store. We set up pick-up times to meet with our customers. We are very flexible on scheduling pick-ups as we are at the farm almost everyday.

Q: Do you ship your beef?

A: We are currently exploring options to efficiently and cost effectively ship our beef throughout the regional area including New York City, Long Island, and Connnecticut.
